Following of a/m our duty we replace not good material for a new ones within 12 months after assembling in engine, however not later than 18 months from shipment this material from WUZETEM works.

Our guarantee does not be valid for b/m examples:

1.     Nozzles:

-      faying surface of cone is dirty because of some dirties were coming into, when an item was assembling, or they  become from fuel;

-      when torque range is exceed – it may spoil a hole of nozzle body, and it causes needles perturbation (seizing),

-      no washers on engine head were replaced (re: assembling the pintle nozzles),

-      if reparation is done unproperly, and no regulation are observed,

2.     Pumping elements:

-      an edge near barrel from is damaged, due to unproper operating,

-      barrel and plunger surfaces (placing at the front of fuel holes) are destroyed by fuel pollution,

-      seizing of a plunger by exceeding of torque range of pipe or seizing caused by fuel pollution,

-      if reparation is done unproperly, and no regulation are observed,

3.     Injectors:

-      parts assembling damages (especially parts with threads),

-      sub-parts and parts are exchanged, not adjusting, and if reparation is done unproperly, and no regulation are observed,

-      for nozzles applies the points (from point 1)  regarded pollution.

4.     Injection and feeding pumps,

-      damages of outside surfaces and parts,

-      sub-parts and parts are exchanged, not adjusting, and if reparation is done unproperly, and no regulation are observed,

-      damages caused by fuel pollution (a filter does not work properly).
